Must allow 1 hour for set up after your check in time, unless given permission to set up earlier by property staff.

Please contact us to check for availability if placing order within 3 days of arrival. We are not able to do SAME DAY delivery. There will be a $50 "late" charge for orders placed within 3 days of arrival.

List must be finalized and paid 5 days prior to check-in.

Priced separately

If it is not on our list, we will go find it. A specific brand, something from a local farm stand, a birthday cake from a particular bakery, a bottle you cannot get at home.

These items are not included in the prices above. Anything requested here is sourced and billed separately at our cost plus 35%. We will confirm the price with you before we buy it.

Last details

We confirm within 24 hours. Grocery prices shown are what you pay, no receipt reconciliation, except seafood marked as market price, which we confirm before purchase. Concierge items marked as quoted are confirmed once we speak with the vendor. Anything in the hunt-down section is billed separately at cost plus 35%. Changes accepted up to 24 hours before arrival. Alcohol requires an adult 21 or older to be present at delivery or to confirm by text; South Carolina law does not allow us to leave it in an unoccupied house.
